How to ALT-CTRL-Delete Study Procrastination |

study
/ˈstʌdi/
verb
The act of procrastination, texting and eating with an open text book nearby.

Cramming for your exams? Pulled an all-nighter? Have cramps in your hand from typing? Or a headache from staring at your laptop?
Studying can be super stressful and sometimes we forget to look after ourselves. So here are some friendly reminders for when you need to hit the books:
  • It's important to eat well, keep balanced and practice some self care.
  •  Don't cram and leave everything last minute; plan your study and get organised in advance.
  •  Make sure you have breaks or set yourself goals with rewards.
  • Find a study buddy. They can help to give you extra motivation, which could be the difference between a B and an A grade.
  • Manage your priorities (yes, that may mean missing out on drinks this Friday, but this is YOUR study time)
  •  Research shows confidence is key. The best way to feel confident is to study well and be rewarded.
Good luck! From StudentCard
